GRILLIGAN'S ISLAND CONTEST WINNER
Robert Marr of Deerfield Township will enjoy the summer grilling season on a new Weber Spirit E-210 gas grill from Peter's True Value Hardware in Highland along with a $100 meat package from Merindorf Meats after winning Marino & The Morning Crew's "Grilligan's Island" contest. When "Beer Seeker" heard the Howell Jaycees were eliminated the Melon Tent from the Howell Melon Festival, he created a song to the tune of Bob Seger's "Sunspot Baby". It's called Melon Tent Baby Howell's Debi Drick sang a couple of tunes in our failed attempt to become Grand Marshal's of the Fantasy of Lights Parade. All They Wanna Do and Grand Marshal Fantasy Justine Blazer rocked the studio with some tunes.
