Clerks are responsible for front line service to customers. Service should be courteous, fast and friendly. As a Clerk at Mugg & Bopps, you will:

• Work well with others & interact respectfully
• Develop and maintain customer relationships

• Use information at hand to make decisions and solve problems, including others as necessary

• Learn & execute multiple tasks
• Able to count money & make change
• Basic computer skill (operating register)
• Maintain clean store
• Stock & maintain product in-store
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Food service workers able to maintain orderly, clean work environment and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, comply with all applicable laws
• Obtain food service certification
• Operate restaurant equipment safely

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must have or be in the process of getting food service certification
• Must be comfortable standing for entire shift
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
