A railroad crossing in the City of Howell will be closed for repairs.

The CSX main rail crossing by Thai Summit on South Highlander Way at McPherson Park Drive is slated to close for maintenance and repairs. The work is weather dependent and tentatively scheduled to start August 28th. The full closure will be in effect for approximately one week and detours will be posted. The City advises that access to properties will be maintained.

Properties located north of the rail crossing will be required to use West Grand River to South Highlander Way. Properties located south of the rail crossing will be required to use Mason to McPherson Park Drive. Photo: Google Earth. (JM)
