A Boil Water Advisory has been rescinded for Livingston Community Water Authority (LCWA) customers in Green Oak Township.

The advisory went into effect on October 30th following repairs to a nearby water main.

The LCWA's “PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE" was officially rescinded on Friday, November 3rd following, "satisfactory completion of the Bacteriological Survey showing that the water is safe to drink."

Residents within the Saxony, Wilmore, and Meadows neighborhoods were impacted, along with those north of Lee Road, south of the CSX Railroad crossing, east of Rickett Road, and west of US-23.
