Paving as part of a project in Argentine Township has been pushed out due to possible inclement weather Wednesday.

Showers and potential thunderstorms are in the forecast across the WHMI listening area.

The Genesee County Road Commission milled Silver Lake Road between Duffield Road and the county line on Tuesday, with the road closed to thru-traffic.

Crews will now be returning for paving work on Thursday, weather permitting.

Motorists are advised to allow additional time to reach their destination during the work.
