Farmington Hills native with 20 plus years in news radio, whose career has taken him from Michigan’s Thumb to the state’s southwest corner along Lake Michigan, Toledo/Northwest Ohio and down to Houston and Texas Gulf Coast.
Nik has received various accolades from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters, Associated Press and an Edward R. Murrow award. He’s interviewed governors and past presidents, covering everything from school board meetings, city councils, county commissions, blizzards to tornadoes and hurricanes, the economy, border security and immigration, elections and anything in between.
Nik and his wife have a young daughter and have chosen Livingston County’s Own WHMI 93.5 FM to reconnect with family and friends across their home state of Michigan.
