Multiple US-23 nightly ramp closures begin Saturday in the Brighton area.
The Marr Road crossing in Howell Township is expected to re-open on Monday afternoon.
The project encompasses Chilson Road from Beck Road to Grand River and involves road rehabilitation and shoulder widening.
A new park in Brighton Township is the result of federal funding and generous donations from local residents.
The Washtenaw County Road Commission will place aggregate shoulders on 7 Mile Road between Pontiac Trail and Angle Road. Additionally, drainage work is starting on Chubb Road.
The event is hosted by Julianna’s Wishes, a non-profit created after Julianna Ward-Brown was killed in a car crash on February 6th, 2018 while on her way to hockey practice.
